All clinical information is treated as strictly confidential and is only accessible by authorized medical practitioners and clinical pharmacists.

2. Prescription & Lab Data Security

Prescriptions uploaded during order checkout are securely transmitted to our licensed pharmacists for verification. Lab test results generated from our diagnostic partners are encrypted and stored in compliance with local healthcare privacy acts. Results are only dispatched to you via secure portals, SMS/WhatsApp notifications, or passwordless login credentials.

3. Payment Information

All credit card transactions, bank transfers, and digital wallet checkouts are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways (Paystack and Flutterwave). We do not store your raw credit card numbers or banking secrets on our servers.

4. WhatsApp Communication

By registering on HandCare PMS, you consent to receive order updates, prescription confirmations, and lab reminders via SMS or our official Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API. You can manage your notification preferences or opt-out of channels in your client dashboard.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your personal information as long as necessary to provide services and comply with clinical auditing rules. If you wish to purge your account and personal details, you can submit a formal request through our Data Deletion Request Page.
