1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the HandCare portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Pharmaceutical Orders & Prescriptions
HandCare requires a valid, readable medical prescription for all orders containing Prescription-Only Medicines (POM). We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or reject any order if a prescription fails validation by our licensed clinical pharmacists.
3. User Accounts & Security
When you register on our portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and passwordless login tokens. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Medicine Availability & Pricing
Medicines and healthcare product pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. In instances where a product is out of stock, our pharmacist team will coordinate with you to suggest certified alternatives or process refunds.
