• Opened or unsealed medications

• Personal care products (toiletries, cosmetics)

• Vaccines or cold-chain products

• Medical consumables (syringes, test strips, etc.)

These are restricted for health and safety reasons.

2. Items Eligible for Return

You may return non-drug items such as:

• Health devices

• Skincare products

• Household and wellness products

• Unopened OTC medicines

Conditions:

• Must be returned within 3 days of purchase

• Must be unused and in original sealed packaging

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued after inspection.
You may receive:

4. Wrong or Damaged Products

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, contact us within 24 hours with:

• Order number

• Pictures/videos as proof

We will process a replacement immediately.
