Welcome to Handcare Pharmaceuticals Ltd (“Handcare,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our pharmacy services, website, mobile app, or physical store, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Services

• You must be 18 years or older to use our online services or purchase prescription medication.
• Prescription drugs will only be dispensed upon presentation/upload of a valid prescription issued by a licensed medical professional.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing orders, booking consultations, or requesting services.

2. Medical Disclaimer

• Information provided on our platforms (website, app, social media, or in-store) is for educational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice.
• Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for diagnosis and treatment.
• Handcare Pharmaceuticals Ltd shall not be held liable for misuse or misinterpretation of information or products purchased.

3. Orders and Payments

• All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated.
• Payments can be made via cash, POS, bank transfer, or integrated online payment gateways.
• Orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and provide alternatives or a refund.

4. Delivery & Shipping

• We provide home delivery within Rivers State, Port-Harcourt and it's surroundings.
• Delivery times may vary based on availability, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Delivery charges may apply and will be communicated before order confirmation.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Prescription medications cannot be returned once sold, in compliance with pharmacy regulations, except in cases of error on our part.
• Non-prescription products (OTC drugs, supplements, cosmetics, etc.) may be returned within  48hrs of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for purchase.

6. User Responsibilities

• You agree not to misuse our platforms for unlawful activities.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and passwords.
• Handcare reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

7. Limitation of Liability

• While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions, availability, or health-related information is error-free.
• Handcare Pharmaceuticals Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content (logos, designs, images, text, software) on our platforms belongs to Handcare Pharmaceuticals Ltd and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
• Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Rivers State, Nigeria.

10. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on our platforms with the revised effective date.
