1. Scope of Telemedicine

Telemedicine involves the delivery of healthcare services using interactive audio, video, or data communications. Consultations carried out on the HandCare portal are meant for routine check-ups, medication reviews, and general wellness follow-ups.

2. Consultation Limitations

You acknowledge that an online consultation does not fully replace an in-person physical examination by a physician. In some instances, our consultants may advise you to visit a local clinic for physical examination or diagnostic testing before issuing a prescription.

3. Privacy & Clinical Records

All virtual consultations, messaging chat histories, and prescription notes are securely stored on our servers. They are protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and local healthcare records legislation.
